Custom domains for the Azupay client dashboard

Clients can now access the Azupay client dashboard through their own custom domain (such as portal.clientname.com.au) giving their users a branded dashboard experience.
When a custom domain is configured, the dashboard can display the client’s own logo, page title and favicon, and route authentication through the client’s own SSO configuration. Default Azupay branding is still used as a fallback where custom branding has not been configured.
