OAuth 2 settings management in the client dashboard

Eligible Azupay client ashboard users can now view and manage OAuth 2 settings from the dashboard Settings area.
When OAuth 2 is enabled, the dashboard displays the details needed to support integration, including the client ID, token endpoint URL, permitted scopes and token usage guidance. Client secrets are handled securely and are only displayed at the point they are generated.
