Payment Scheduler for recurring PayTo payments

Payment Scheduler turns an approved PayTo agreement into a set-and-forget recurring payment mechanism. Instead of calling the payment initiation API for every run, you set up the schedule once (start date, cadence and amount) and Azupay automatically initiates each payment against the PayTo agreement when it is due.

It suits businesses with predictable recurring collections, from subscription memberships to instalment plans, rent, insurance premiums and course fees, all initiated automatically over PayTo in real time.

It also gives you a clear migration path away from legacy direct debit (DDR). Recurring collections can move across to PayTo plus Scheduler, swapping slow, batch-based direct debit for a faster, real-time alternative with the same set-and-forget simplicity.

What it does

Set up a recurring schedule once against an active PayTo agreement, and Azupay initiates each due payment automatically on the agreed cadence, from a chosen start date, weekly through to annually. You can adjust a schedule's amount, frequency, dates or status at any time without cancelling and recreating it, and every scheduled run is validated against the underlying agreement before it goes out.

The Daily Scheduler Report gives you a full view of every scheduled run for the day, available via API and in the Azupay Dashboard.

Why it matters

You create a schedule once and Azupay runs it, with no need to build your own calendar logic, run engine, or end-of-month and leap-year handling. Payments are initiated in real time and you keep full visibility, with schedule details and every payment run viewable via API and in the Daily Scheduler Report.
