Read only user role in the Azupay Dashboard

To give your team safe access for support and oversight, we've introduced a Read Only user role in the Azupay Dashboard. Read Only users see the same pages and information as an Admin. They just can't make any edits to settings or execute any payment or management functions.

That means they can search, filter and inspect transactions, Payment Agreements, reports, balances, users, Apps, settings and Campaigns. They can't create payments or payouts, issue refunds, trigger settlements, download reports or export data. Users, App connections, Credentials, Settings and Campaigns are locked too, and a banner explains why.

Multi-factor authentication is mandatory for all Read Only users.
