Note for integration partners

Azupay offers flexible integration options tailored to yours and your sub-clients' needs. In specific integrations where you serve as the technology partner for your sub-clients, your privileges and user roles within their accounts will be restricted to technical tasks only. You will not have the capability to execute any financial transactions on their behalf.

Guidance for clients that are being assisted by Technology Partners

If you have engaged an integration partner to assist you with implementing Azupay’s products, they may be assigned as a persistent Technical Administrator of your instance. When this occurs, your partners access will be restricted to technical tasks only. In these circumstances, we may also recommend that your staff aren’t assigned full administrative or technical admin privileges to ensure technical integration configurations aren’t accidentally edited by your staff.

Role Hierarchy

For the roles above, there is a hierarchy in place to ensure a user without a certain privilege (such as refunds) cannot invite another user which does have that certain privilege. This is a security feature to prevent any roles from generating additional privileges that they did not have in the first place.

Example: Tech Admins do not have refund privileges, and therefore cannot invite Finance Managers, Finance Admins or Admins as these roles have the ability to perform refunds.

The invitation hierarchy as follows:

  1. An Admin can invite users with all roles
  2. A Finance Admin can invite Finance Managers, Finance Operators and Customer Service Operators
  3. A Tech Admin can only invite Finance Operators and Customer Service Operators
