Welcome to Azupay

To create your UAT account, there are a few simple steps that you will need to complete.

Step 1: Sign up to Azupay Help Centre

  1. Sign up and create an account through the Azupay Help Centre
  2. A link will be sent to the email you have signed up with
  3. Follow this link to complete sign up. You will be prompted to enter your full name and to create a password

Step 2: Create a New Azupay UAT Account

  1. Select "Create a new azupay account (uat)" through Azupay account for UAT request form
  2. Enter the following details:
    • Company Name
    • PayID domain(s) - eg: @mycompany.com.au
    • Additional dashboard access - include at least one email address(es) for users who require access to the dashboard
  3. Click send once you have completed the request. The Azupay team will set your UAT up within 48 hours
  4. Once you are set up, you will receive an email to with your username and temporary password to sign up through Azupay's Dashboard Azupay Dashboard
  5. Log in using the temporary password and create a new password
  6. You are all set up and ready to go!

When you have completed your integration and testing, please reach out to your sales rep or implementation manager to create your production account.
