Maintenance and incident alerting
We understand interruptions to our services can impact your customers and business operations. As part of a broad ecosystem of NPP providers, availability of services to and from upstream banks can be impacted by maintenance or incidents affecting NPP participants, the NPP network, and the Azupay system.
To ensure our clients are informed of maintenance activities and technology incidents that could partially or fully impact our service delivery, we utilise StatusPage, a product that allows you to subscribe to the status of Azupay services, and receive communications through channels such as email, Slack or RSS feeds when an event occurs that might impact our services to you and your customers.
Azupay's StatusPage is available at https://status.azupay.com.au/, where you can view current statuses of our system components and our ecosystem partners, subscribe to events, and view historic uptime performance.
Alert Types
Azupay's StatusPage has two main alert types:
- Maintenance: A planned maintenance event that may result in partial or complete service degradation of a component of Azupay's systems, or our partner ecosystem. Maintenance bulletins will start with "Azupay Maintenance" as a subject line.
- Incident: An unplanned event that may result in partial or complete service degradation of a component of Azupay's systems, or our partner ecosystem. Incident bulletins will start with "Azupay Incident" as a subject line.
As services can be degraded by both Maintenance events and Incident events, we recommend reading all Azupay bulletins, which are sent from [email protected] to StatusPage email subscribers. If you have separate operational teams set up for Incident Management, we recommend forwarding emails from [email protected] to them if they include "Azupay Incident" in the title.
