Azupay offers Single Sign-On (SSO) support for its dashboard, allowing merchants' employees and partners to log in using their organization's SSO credentials. This feature enhances security and streamlines the login process by enabling users to authenticate through their existing enterprise identity provider.

Key Features and Benefits

Seamless Integration with SSO Providers: Merchants can configure their SSO provider, allowing users to access the Azupay dashboard without needing separate credentials. This is particularly beneficial for organizations that require centralized access management and security.
Environment Compatibility: Users can log in to all environments—UAT, Production, and Certification/SIT—using their organization's SSO credentials. This ensures consistent access across different stages of development and deployment.
Enhanced Security: By leveraging SSO, organizations can enforce their security policies, such as multi-factor authentication and password management, across all applications, including the Azupay dashboard.
No Changes for Non-SSO Users: For merchants who do not enable the SSO feature, the existing login process remains unchanged, ensuring a smooth experience for all users.

Access Control and Limitations

Restricted Access: Users logged in via SSO will not have access to the user management page within the Azupay dashboard. This restriction ensures that only authorized personnel can manage user accounts and permissions.
Password Management: The "Forgot password" feature is not available for users accessing the dashboard via SSO, as password management is handled by the organization's identity provider.

How to Enable SSO for Your Organization

To enable SSO for your organization, Azupay's TechOps team will follow a specific set of instructions to configure the Client SSO feature. Merchants must contact their Azupay representative to initiate this process.
