Refund error messaging for low float balances

To give you a clear reason when a refund cannot be processed, we've replaced the generic refund error with a specific message for refunds that fail because of low liquidity.

Until now, the Dashboard showed the same generic error for every refund that failed. If the cause was an empty float, nothing in that message told you so. You'd usually retry the refund, watch it fail the same way, and end up raising a support ticket to find out what had actually gone wrong.

Now, when a refund is rejected specifically because of insufficient liquidity, the Azupay Dashboard tells you so directly:

Refund failed due to low liquidity - please top up your float before attempting the refund again.

The refund is not marked as successful, so there's no ambiguity about whether the customer has been paid. Once you've topped up your float, you can submit the refund again from the same screen. Every other refund failure reason keeps its existing error handling, so nothing changes for the errors you already know how to act on.
