Installing Azupay Pay By Bank app to your Shopify store

Log in to your Shopify admin panel
Paste the installation URL in your browser bar and hit enter. This is the installation URL that Azupay will provide to you in a JIRA service desk ticket as the time of onboarding
Select your store from the list that you wish to add Azupay Pay By Bank as a payment method
Click install button to install Azupay Pay By Bank as a payment method within your store

Activating Azupay Pay By Bank in your Shopify store

Login into your Shopify admin panel and go to Settings
Navigate to Payments in the LHS panel
Find Additional payment methods section and click on +Add payment method
In the Search by provider tab, search for 'Azupay'
Select Azupay Pay By Bank when the option appears as a search result
Toggle on PayID and/or PayTo payment options based on your agreed available payment options you can offer
Click on Activate button

How will Pay By Bank work for my customers?

When customers visit your store to purchase goods or services, they can expect to go through 3 simple steps:

Add items (good or services) to their Shopify cart
At checkout, enter in required personal details and then select the payment method, one of which will be 'Azupay Pay By Bank'
Customers will be presented with the Pay By Bank landing page and will display the options 'Bank transfer with PayID' and 'Pay By Bank with PayTo'. Customers can choose either option to finalise payment. (As a merchant, you can configure which Pay By Bank options to show to your customers, either 'Bank transfer with PayID' or 'Pay By Bank with PayTo', or both.)

How do I manage orders paid with Pay By Bank transactions in the Shopify admin dashboard?

You should see orders paid with Azupay Pay By Bank in the Orders section of your Shopify store. You are able to action any order paid with Azupay Pay By Bank in the same way that you manage orders made with other payment methods.
