How do I use it?

Step 1: Access the Disbursements App

Log into the Azupay Dashboard, your user role permission must be 'Finance admin' or 'Admin
Click “+ New payout request” on the dashboard

Step 2: Enter & verify PayID details

Account name field: Enter the customer’s exact name as it appears on their PayID account.
PayID field: Enter PayID details, can be mobile, email address, ABN
Click on button 'Look up PayID'

Step 3: Enter payment information

Enter amount
Add in description for payment
Add in internal reference (optional)
Click on 'Continue' button

Step 4: Review payment information

Review details of the payment to be submitted: Registered PayID name, PayID, Payment amount, Description, Internal references

Step 5: Submit Payment

Click Pay Now to submit. On success, users are redirected to the Outbound Payments Search Page in the dashboard.
